Here, in the heart of the resort, the "squadra" welcomes you to discover a modern and authentic Mediterranean cuisine. At La Channe by Marco Bassi, gastronomy is not only a passion and a know-how, it is also a real sharing.

Our cuisine
With his Italian origins and true love of Mediterranean cuisine, Chef Marco Bassi enjoys revisiting and updating the great classics of traditional gastronomy through a wide variety of generous, healthy and refined dishes. Between know-how and passion, each of his dishes is an invitation to discovery and pleasure of the senses.
With fresh and seasonal products from the land and the sea, we offer you to taste a cuisine that is both authentic and modern.
In winter, the menu changes approximately every 6 weeks, according to the products of season. Some successful dishes, which have become house specialties over the years (homemade tagliolini with white truffles, grilled wild fish from the North Sea, entrecote of beef, ...) return regularly.
In summer, a proposal is made every week.
The little ones can also enjoy a children's menu to their liking as well as a small play corner. We have baby chairs, high chairs and cutlery adapted to the little ones.
A warm atmosphere
The Chef and the whole team of La Channe are happy to welcome you in a welcoming atmosphere. The decoration, carefully elaborated, immerses you in a subtle setting between traditional wood and contemporary details.
Paying particular attention to the well-being of our guests and friends, our team meets all your needs and welcomes you in our different spaces, whether it be the Black Room, with its delicately subdued atmosphere, the White Room, spacious and bright, or facing the kitchens, to bring you directly into the heart of the action. Open to the room, the kitchen allows you to enjoy the creative atmosphere of the Chef preparing his dishes before your eyes.
Whether you prefer an intimate and subdued atmosphere for a romantic dinner, a discreet corner for your business meals, or large tables with friends, your desires will be fulfilled. A space that can be adapted to your needs.
Upon request, we can also prepare the table in a particular way, with floral decorations, additional candles and printed menus.
Terrasse
Depending on the weather, the team at La Channe by Marco Bassi will be happy to offer you a place to sit under the sun on the restaurant's magnificent terrace, an exclusive space particularly appreciated for a summer business meal, an aperitif with friends and/or a romantic moment.
In this setting, you will enjoy a terrace beautifully decorated with flowers in summer, and a view of the surrounding mountains including the Grands Combins. Open both in summer and winter, our terrace is always a good idea if you wish to share a moment around a drink or a tasty meal.
Temporary exhibitions
At La Channe by Marco Bassi, we have a special passion for art in all its forms. Whether it is culinary - it goes without saying - or pictorial, art is a central element of our daily lives, which we are delighted to share with you in our space. This is why paintings and sculptures regularly grace the walls and various corners of our restaurant, during temporary exhibitions that change with the seasons. This is a way to honor local, Swiss and foreign painters. And if you fall under the spell, you should know that the works of the exhibition are also for sale
