About
the Chef
Born in the north-east of Italy, in Friuli, the Chef Marco Bassi began his first seasons as a cook in Italy, then quickly leaves his home to begin his journey and culinary training.
After various experiences in the boot from north to south, he visited France, Belgium and Switzerland where he worked in several renowned starred restaurants. Always looking for novelties and a job well done, Marco Bassi was awarded a Michelin star in 2009.
Inspired by all the magnificent products that nature has to offer, season after season, the earth and the sea are present on the restaurant's menu.
